My stay at the Hilton property was quite disappointing. While I had high hopes for a comfortable experience, various issues like poor service and unclean facilities overshadowed my expectations. The good news is that the location was lovely, but I faced several challenges during my visit that made it far from ideal.

I had a fantastic vacation at Hilton Waterfalls! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special.
